There could be multiple causes that might lead the app to crash. A few tips are listed below to resolve the issue.

  • Please ensure that your WadzPay App has the latest version installed.
  • In case you have the latest version already installed, then check the mobile device for available memory and free up some space in case of the device reports low on memory.
  • If the problem still persists, try to uninstall and reinstall the WadzPay App. 
  • Please check whether you have granted permission to the WadzPay app. (Settings -> Apps -> Permission)


If the problem is not still resolved, then send an email to support@wadzpay.com with the possible screenshots of the errors, if any.
