There could be multiple causes that might lead the app to crash. A few tips are listed below to resolve the issue.

1. Please ensure that your WadzPay App has the latest version installed.

2. In case you have the latest version already installed, then check the mobile device for available memory and free up some space in case the device reports low on memory.

3. If the problem still persists, try to uninstall and reinstall the Wadzpay App. 

4 Please check whether you have granted permission to WadzPay app. (Settings -> Apps -> Permission)

If the problem is not still resolved, kindly raise a ticket from our support portal or write to us at contact@wadzpay.com with the possible screenshots of the errors, if any.
