If you have a problem with your balance not updated in the Wadzpay App, then try performing the below mentioned steps:

1. Please check if you have an active internet connection. In case of a bad network, switch to a different connection.

2. Close the app and relaunch it for the balance to be updated.

3. Try uninstalling and re-installing WadzPay app and logging in with your credentials. 

If the problem is not still resolved, kindly raise a ticket from our support portal or write to us at contact@wadzpay.com with the possible screenshots of the errors, if any.
