If you have a problem with your balance not updated in the WadzPay App, then try performing the below mentioned steps:
  • Please check if you have an active internet connection. In case of a bad network, switch to a different connection.
  • Close the app and relaunch it for the balance to be updated.
  • Try uninstalling and re-installing the WadzPay app and logging in with your credentials. 


If the problem is not still resolved, send an email to support@wadzpay.com with the possible screenshots of the errors received, if any.
