If you did not receive an OTP via SMS, then please follow the below instructions:
- Make sure the phone number is active and correct.
- Please request a re-send if within 2 minutes the OTP has not been received.
- Make sure, mobile device should be in network area.
- Check the mobile device for available memory and free up some space in case the device reports low on memory.
- Restart mobile device and try to register again.
